Anderson county is located in the central Bluegrass region of Kentucky. It was formed in 1827 and named for Richard Clough Anderson, Jr. In 2000 the county population was 19,111 in a land area of 202.67 square miles. The county seat is Lawrenceburg.- Category ID : 259980
